Quintan Ana Wikswo

Quintan Ana Wikswo Quintan Ana Wikswo is a site-specific, project-based artist whose work exists at the junctions of fiction, poetry, photography, printmaking, performance, and video installation. Her work appears or is forthcoming in The Kenyon Review, Tin House, Conjunctions, Denver Quarterly, Alaska Quarterly Review, New American Writing, Trickhouse, Mississippi Review, and a number of galleries, museums, and performance spaces including the Museum of Jurassic Technology, the University of Southern California, Phyllis Stein Art, Schloss Plüschow, and others. Schwarzer Tod und die Nutzlosen Esser, a book of photographs and prose poems in English (with German translations by Dorothea Herreiner), is forthcoming with Catalysis Projects, which has published two DVD collections of her video installation collaborations with composer Veronika Krausas. With support by the National Endowment for the Arts, she is ongoing Virginia Center for the Creative Arts artist-in-residence at the Lynchburg Old City Cemetery in Virginia, and at the Oberpfälzer Künstlerhaus in Germany. Her studio is located in Los Angeles.
