Sarah Estes Graham
Sarah Estes Graham is a freelance writer based in Virginia. Her essays and poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Agni, Cimarron Review, Drunken Boat, New Orleans Review, Southern Review, and others. She has reviewed work for VQR, Meridian, and Best New Poets, received grants from Bread Loaf and U.Va. and won a $10,000 prize for the essay, “From Rhetoric to Reality: Replacing Ideology with Policy in Iraq.” Her manuscript, From the Strip Mine Hymnal, was short-listed for the Dorset Prize, the Lexi Rudnitsky Prize and the University of Wisconsin Press Poetry Series. She has an MFA from U.Va. and a Master’s in theology from Harvard.
