Artist and poet Monica Ong creates interactive narratives that investigate social hierarchies and cultural silences in the context of public health. Monica is an MFA graduate in Digital Media from the Rhode Island School of Design, and also a Kundiman poetry fellow.
Her experimental image-poems have been published in the Lantern Review and will be included in the forthcoming issue of The New Sound: A Journal of Interdisciplinary Art & Literature. Her work has also been featured in recent exhibitions at the AC Institute in Chelsea, NYC, and the Parachute Factory of New Haven.
