Rachel Wai Lok is a production of the Creative and Professional Writing major in the Department of Humanities and Creative Writing at Hong Kong Baptist University. At 20 years old, on a night with heavy rain, she stood in the middle of Harcourt Road with people known and unknown, holding an umbrella, singing louder and louder, sure that Hong Kong has hopes, the same as her writing.
