Eleanor Lipman

Eleanor Lipman is the author of nine critically acclaimed novels including The Family Man, My Latest Grievance, The Pursuit of Alice Thrift, The Inn at Lake Devine and Isabel’s Bed. She has taught writing at Simmons, Smith and Hampshire colleges, and will hold the Elizabeth Drew Chair in Creative Writing at Smith College in 2011-12. Her novel, Then She Found Me, was adapted for the screen, directed by and starring Helen Hunt.
