Frédéric Forte was born on 20th March 1973 in Toulouse, where he still lives. He studied Communication and Sociology superficially while at the same time being involved in a rock band in which he played bass guitar (he is left handed). From 2001 to 2004, he worked in a record shop; recently, he converted to working in a bookshop. He has written poetry since 1999.
