Serena W. Lin believes writing is a political act of connection. Her work has appeared in cream city review, Hyphen, and Northern New England Review. She received her MFA from Rutgers-Newark as a Truman Capote fellow and is a VONA alum. She served as a community lawyer and former Public Defender in Los Angeles for nearly a decade.
