Isabelle Hayeur        from the series Uncertain Landscapes

Isabelle Hayeur is a Montreal-based artist born in 1969 working primarily in digital photography and video. She obtained her M.F.A. l'Universite du Quebec a Montreal in 2002. She has shown her photos in solos and group exhibitions in Quebec and Canada, including Gallery 44 (Toronto), YYZ Artists Outlet (Toronto), Skol (Montreal), VU (Quebec), Artcite Gallery (Windsor) and Le Musee Regional de Rimouski. Her video works were presented at numerous festivals and video presentations. She recently received "Le prix Contact de la releve" for her participation to Le Mois de la photo 2001. She is also a member of Fresh Air, an all-woman artist collective whose mandate is international collaboration and site-specific work and Year Zero One, an on-line artist run centre which operates as a network for the dissemination of digital culture and new media. > http://isabelle-hayeur.com/
