Laura Modigliani has an MFA in Poetry from The City College of New York, where she was awarded the Jack Zucker Memorial Prize in Poetry and the Malinche Prize for Literary Translation. Her work has appeared in MiPOesias, Fascicle, The Blue Jew Yorker, sic journal, and The One Three Eight, among others. She is a two-time Pushcart Prize nominee. She lives in New York City.
