Stephen
Longfellow
has a checkered past, which involves escaping a New England mill town
in 1970 via the Army, living and working in assorted jobs all over the
world (he has never lived in any one place more than five years), and
coming to creative writing late. He has an MFA from Vermont College and
an MA in rhetoric and composition from Ohio University. Aside from a
little poetry (Café Review,
Diner, Edgz, Locuspoint, Talking River Review, Underground Voices), he has
published a personal essay in Under
the Sun.
