Steve Kistulentz is a doctoral candidate at the Florida State University, where he was recently awarded the Edward and Marie Kingsbury Fellowship for Excellence in Thought. His work has appeared in such magazines as the Antioch, Black Warrior, Crab Orchard, and New England Reviews, Caesura, New Letters, Quarterly West, and many others. He is a two-time winner of the John Mackay Shaw Academy of American Poets Prize, and holds an MFA from the Iowa Writers' Workshop.
