Susan Ouriou is a novelist and translator, and the winner of a number of prizes. She is the author of the novel Damselfish.

Maya Cousineau Mollen is an Innu/Montagnais woman from the Mingan-Ekuanitshit community. Maya was adopted at a very young age by a loving Quebec family. Her adopted family raised her to respect the traditions of her people and her origins. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and First Nations Studies. Currently, Maya works for the Quebec Building Commission and is busy revising her poems for a collection of poetry.
