Topden Tsering is a Tibetan writer and activist living in Berkeley. He was formerly the editor of Tibetan Bulletin, the official journal in English of the exile Tibetan government based in India, and president of San Francisco chapter of Tibetan Youth Congress, the largest non-governmental political organization dedicated to restoration of independence for Tibet. He has published many books including The Story of a Monk Wanderer.
