Pradodh Parikh is a Gujarati poet, short fiction writer, and visual artist who retired as Head of the Department of Philosophy at Mithibai College, Bombay. Parikh's book of poems Kauns Ma (In Parentheses), was published in 1993 and represents thirty years of his poetry. The collection has won several awards, including the Best Poetry Collection of 1993-94 (Gujarat Sahitya Akademi).
