Shikha Malaviya was born in England in 1971, to Indian parents, and grew up in Minnesota and North India. Her poems have appeared in many journals and are forthcoming in Bolo! Bolo! an Anthology of South Asian literature. She is the publisher of Monsoon Magazine, the author of a play Suppressed Voices: an Exploration in Performance Art, and a forthcoming collection of short stories.
