Katharine Monger is an MFA candidate in creative nonfiction at Washington University in St. Louis (’17), where she is Nonfiction Editor for The Spectacle. She earned her MA in rhetoric and composition from UW—Milwaukee (’15) and her BA in creative writing from The University of Iowa (’13). Katharine has been previously published in Sonora Review, Crack the Spine, Apeiron Review, Limestone, and Cheat River Review; and she currently serves as a contributing writer for The MFA Years blog.
