Steven Crumb is a graduate student working toward a PhD in French literature at New York University. His recent research has focused on poetry and poetics in experimental literature, specifically on the work of Jacques Jouet, member of the Oulipo. After growing up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, then living and working for a few years in Clermont-Ferrand, France, he now lives and reads in Brooklyn, New York.
