Raul Benjamin Moreno

Raul Benjamin Moreno hails from a little river town out west where his ancestors settled after quitting North Dakota—and later, Guatemala City. Raul’s stories, essays, and other reportage have been published by outlets such as The Normal School, Hobart, Quarterly West, and NPR, and this work has taken him to the other Washington, the former Soviet Union, and back to the Dakotas. He now lives in Portland, edits prose for South Dakota Review, and tweets @rbmoreno.
