Punya Gautam ‘Bishwas’ was an active underground rebel during the Maoist insurgency that rocked the Himalayas nation for more than a decade. Later disgruntled with the working style of the then Maoist Party leadership, Punya disassociated from the armed rebels and joined the civil society and now lives in Kathmandu
